Purpose Switzerland accompanies companies (specifically their owners) on their way to Steward-Ownership. We advise companies on their individual starting position and create the basis for the future ownership structure. In addition, we provide support in raising capital and in the legal structuring of Steward-Ownership.
As a representative of Steward-Ownership, it was out of the question that Purpose Schweiz GmbH was also founded directly according to the principles of Steward-Ownership in 2023.
