Ventu is an agency for future-proof endeavours. At Ventu, we address the relevant entrepreneurial challenges of our time by supporting all those who strive for an economy and society fit for our grandchildren.
We are four all-rounders with personal specialisations. Our skills and experience in the areas of collaboration, digital solutions, design and purpose business intertwine and can be put together like Legos in ever different ways. For us, the consistent inclusion of the environment in business models, social justice and a meaningful everyday working life do not represent a contradiction to successful business.
We strive for a new normality and prefer to walk this path together with people and organisations who share our view and ambition. We not only share the same view of the world and how we want to have an impact in it, but also an understanding of how work and our company should feel and be designed. We don’t just want to talk about sustainable business, we also want to consistently live it.
Thus, with curiosity and conviction, we also did the pioneering work of being the first limited liability company in Zurich to be registered according to the principles of Steward-Ownership with Ventu.
